The FIRC Group, owners of the Haywood Park resort in downtown Asheville, would like to build a 94-room nation Inn & Suites resort in four structures at Westgate. The first choice of that team is Tony Fraga, whom owns the Haywood Park Hotel in downtown Asheville. Fraga can be likely to build a unique hotel, a Cambria Suites, at part of Page and Battery Park ways.
