LAAFF Street FestivalLAAFF (Lexington Avenue Arts and Fun Festival) is a festive road event that showcases the innovative character of Asheville with a focus on neighborhood. Join in the annual end-of-summer (Sunday of Labor Day sunday) gathering of Asheville's imaginative and music communities. Three blocks of North Lexington Ave in downtown Asheville top with local art, meals, alcohol, music, street performers, and random acts of creativity between College Street together with I-240 overpass. Hours are 11 AM-9 PM.

Three phases of music and gratification consist of stone, indie pop music, funk, folk, ragtime, reggae, globe beats, singer songwriters, bluegrass, old-time, drummers, vaudeville, fire dancers, break performers, hula hoopers, and circus arts. This participatory, innovative, art-focused road event that strengthens our local community. The LAAFF Festival is certainly recognized for bringing the “weird” out-of Asheville with an emphasis on durability and credibility.

LAAFF Street Festival

Much more interactive places feature sideshow, hoops, face painting, nut fashions, on the job art fun, and a number of surprising imaginative choices through the local arts community. The three stages of songs would be playing from Noon until 9 PM. The All that Jazz stage functions jazz songs whilst Walnut Stage will showcase experimental groups.

LAAFF is an experience for the entire family members. Through creativity, we are able to better contribute to protecting our sources and therefore making certain there is certainly comfort and prosperity for all. LAAFF seeks is a catalyst for the imagination and community building that'll result in these good improvements for several people in the Asheville neighborhood.
